Open :
every weekend and public holiday from 10am-6pm
On weekdays from 9.30 a.m -12 p.m and 1.30 pm-4.30 p.m (However, it is advisable to check first by telephone on 02/654.19.23
On weekdays, by appointment only for groups (minimum 20 people) 
Tarif

Adults : 3,50 €
Children (6-13) : 2,00 €
Senior (60): 3,00 €

Student (14-17) : 3,00 €
Groups : depending on the number of participants, and whether with or without a guide.

Length of Visit :
Average time for a guided visit : approx one and a half hours
Average time for an individual visit : one hour (recommended)
Souvenir Shop
Sells souvenirs, postcards, etc... and books on water and fountains
Reference Works
These may be used only during the Museum's opening hours, by prior agreement with the Curator. Many publications and documents illustrating the history of fountains, and all aspects concerning water... may be consulted at the Museum.

How to get there
BY RAIL :
     Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve - Brussels line
     Brussels - Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve line
     Leave the train at Genval station

BY ROAD :
     From northern France :
     E19 then exit RO-RING EST Bruxelles Waterloo
     exit 21 LASNE-LION DE WATERLOO then left onto N5
     and at the junction follow N253 La Hulpe-Genval.
     From Brussels :
     exit 3 Genval - Terhulpen - Overijse or
     exit 4 Rosières
     From Namur :
     exit 4 Rosières or  exit 5 Rixensart - Bierges
     Follow the signs "Lac de Genval" or
     "Musée de l'Eau et de la Fontaine"
